His main areas of interest include; Stress Management, Improving self confidence, personal & career counselling, conflict resolution, parental coaching and relationship issues. Apart from his individual clients, Amir also works with organisations such as the NHS and the local authorities in training and coaching professional staff.
Amir has published a number of papers on the effects of stress and on issues of using mobile technology, he has also been a guest on on the BBC and other local TV and Radio shows. He is currently working on a parenting skills book.
